COVID-19 Update

We are here and ready to process your GM parts order!

In an effort to protect our staff and to ensure that we are here for you, our support team is working remotely.  We strongly encourage you to contact support via email.  If you have any questions you can easily contact us by clicking here.

While most FedEx and USPS services are operating as normal, some services are currently impacted by COVID-19.  

In anticipation of the many changes being made on a daily basis, we have limited some of our shipping options.

·         FedEX and USPS services are operating as normal to all residential addresses!

o    All ground and express shipments going to your house will ship as usual.

o    We currently cannot ship orders to a business address other than to an Automotive business.

·         We have suspended all truck freight shipments.  Truck freight shipments are classified as large, over-sized orders including parts that must be placed on a pallet for shipment.  

o    FedEx has embargoed some freight shipments in several states.  This means that FedEx will hold the freight until the delivery area is opened backed up. 

§  In an effort to eliminate lost freight orders and storage fees, we have suspended freight shipments to all locations. 

·         We will resume freight shipments as soon as possible!
